Jake Carson joined CM Commercial in September of 2015. He focuses exclusively on assisting San Francisco-based tenants with their ongoing office space needs (I.E. renewals, renegotiations, expansions, consolidations, relocations, dispositions, and ongoing market lease evalutions and support).

His expertise includes extensive San Francisco market knowledge, strategic real estate planning financial and building/site selection analysis, portfolio assessment, creative negotiating skills, on-going lease support, transaction management, relocation vendor assistance, and short-term or long-term real estate planning.

Jake is a lifelong bay area resident having grown up in Walnut Creek. Jake holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
