Jack Doherty has been a director at CM Commercial for close to 15 years. In that time, he has focused

exclusively on representing the interests of San Francisco companies with today’s challenging office lease requirements including new offices, renewals, dispositions, consolidations and renegotiations. His extensive market knowledge of San Francisco’s commercial office markets and expertise in all phases of the real estate process, including strategic planning, market analysis, financial modeling and complex lease negotiations, has made him a valuable partner to companies with ongoing real estate needs.

With this experience representing groups ranging from early stage to Fortune 500 companies in all industries, such as technology, finance, professional service, and non profits, Jack has a unique ability to understand a company’s personal real-estate goals and challenges. He has been successful in implementing creative real-estate strategies that achieve their business objectives, such as reducing real estate cost, conserving capital resources, identifying efficiencies that may have been overlooked.

Jack is a lifelong Bay Area resident, having grown up in Lafayette and previously living in San Francisco for eight years, and now resides in Alamo with his wife, Lauren and son, Charlie. Jack received his BA in Business Communications from The University of Arizona in Tucson.
